I did this on my bathroom walls a few years ago, then dry brushed the paper with off white paint lightly. It looked great! Then I took my calligraphy pens in multiple sizes and wrote inspiring quotes, bible verses, and sweet little things my little boys had said to me. I also created a great growth chart behind the door. It was wonderful! After doing all the artsy stuff, I sealed it with a cheap sealer.

I think I may do that again here at my new house, now that I think about how much I loved it. And I could even do my daughters bedroom floor with this neat idea from you! Thanks!
